Ressam Nilgün Güney’in 11’inci kişisel sergisi “Bohça” Çarşamba günü AKM’de açılıyor – BRTK
Ressam Nilgün Güney’in “Bohça” adlı sergisi, 1 Kasım Çarşamba günü 18.00’de Lefkoşa Atatürk Kültür Merkezi’nde açılıyor.
Sanatçının “Bohça” konseptini taşıyan 60 eserinin yer alacağı sergi, 10 Kasım’a kadar mesai saatlerinde izlenebilecek.
Sergisiyle ilgili TAK’a açıklama yapan Nilgün Güney, tuval üzerinde kolaj tekniğini kullanarak geçmiş yıllardan kalmış elbise, bohça, yemeni, tül gibi malzemelerle resimlerini ürettiğini ve ada kültürünün yakın geçmişini gündeme taşımayı amaçladığını söyledi.
Resimlerinde, bohça kavramının çağrıştırdığı “çeyiz bohçası, düğün bohçası” gibi olumlu duyguların yanında “göç, yola düşme, kaçma” gibi olumsuz duyguları da işlediğini kaydeden Güney, gündelik hayatı, giyilmiş, kullanılmış elbiselerle anlatırken, savaş ve göç yaşamış Kıbrıs insanının hem sevinçlerini hem de acılarını tuvale aktardığını ifade etti.
Güney, “bohça” kavramının daha çok kadını yansıttığını düşündüğünü de söyleyerek “Kadınların günlük yaşam, çeyiz, düğün dernek gibi etkinliklerindeki yerini irdelerken, savaşlarda yaşadıkları kayıplara ve acılara da dikkat çektim. Yani mutlu ve mutsuz duyguları kadın imgesi üzerinden aktarmaya çalıştım” dedi.
